Jason B. - Business Lead
“I joined Terumo because it was an opportunity to join a company with a reputation for developing high-quality, superior medical devices. But I’ve realized that it’s the people who make Terumo the company that it is. I’m fortunate to have joined such a dedicated team of associates who enjoy working hard and working together toward one common goal: to make Terumo a success. We don’t just make products at Terumo, we provide opportunities to make patients’ lives better. That’s why I am proud to work here."
At Terumo, I am given opportunities to work cross-functionally with other departments so that I can broaden my own skills and grow as a professional.”

“At Terumo, there is constant interaction among departments and everyone is always looking for ways to improve the company for the better. It is definitely a collaborative, team atmosphere, which has led to tremendous learning experiences. I have had the opportunity to work with colleagues in various departments and even associates in Puerto Rico. From a personal standpoint, I value what Terumo stands for. I strive to help support the company so that we can continue to grow the business as a team and help those who need it most with our top-of-the-line products. I am thrilled to be a part of a company that gives back and helps so many. Above all, I love the people who I work with.”
