TMC was founded
in 1972, and generates $174 million in annual sales.
While some products and devices sold by the company are produced
in Japan, an ever-increasing portion are manufactured by TMC in the United
States.
Terumo's state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Elkton,
Maryland make extensive use of automated processes and systems.
Their Quality System is certified to the ISO13485 Standard.
The $100 million-plus East plant includes
321,000 square feet and the 161,000 square foot West plant is on 88 acres.
